The Foundry is a virtual, hands-on class for your team. Bring one process that isn't working. Leave with it redesigned, one step automated and running, and the judgment to do it again without us.

Fully Virtual

Every session runs online, so there's no travel and no venue to book. Small-group coaching and hands-on practice with your cohort, not a lecture series. Dates for the next cohort are announced at enrollment.

Your Problem, Not a Case Study

Come with the process that's actually costing you: the one full of workarounds, handoffs and waiting. That's what you work on for all six sessions, so by the end it's measured, redesigned and has one step running on AI.

No Prerequisites

No technical background required, and we're deliberately tool-agnostic. We don't sell you a platform. If you're sending your team rather than attending yourself, just make sure they can reach a decision-maker when something needs approval.

Who It's For

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You've watched a tool get bought, rolled out, and quietly abandoned. Or you haven't started at all, because nobody can tell you where AI would actually help, only that you should be using it. The Foundry answers that question for one real process in your business. It's built for companies of roughly 25 to 100 people: big enough to have processes worth fixing, small enough that fixing one moves the numbers.

If You Lead the Company

Judge AI proposals on evidence, not enthusiasm

You'll leave able to tell a real opportunity from a vendor's pitch, and knowing which of your processes are ready for AI and which aren't. You'll also get something harder to buy: a team willing to tell you what's actually broken.

If You Run the Work

Fix the process you already know is broken

Bring the one that frustrates you most. You'll leave with it measured, mapped and redesigned, with one step already automated and working. You'll also get a clear list of what needs sign-off, so you never design something you can't get approved.

The Difference

NOT ANOTHER AI WORKSHOP

Diagnosis Before Tools

You won't pick a platform, vendor or model until your process is described the way it actually runs, not the way everyone wishes it ran.

AI Where It Earns Its Place

The goal is never "use more AI." It's better results. You'll decide task by task where AI belongs and where a person stays accountable.

Hands-On, Not Theoretical

You'll use real AI in every session and learn exactly how it fails and how to check its work. A tool being capable doesn't make it accountable.

Skeptical by Design

You'll leave with a five-question filter for evaluating any AI tool or vendor. It's the skill that prevents the next six-figure purchase that ends up unused.

Applied to Your Real Work

Every session moves one real process from your business forward, so you can see the value while you're still in the program.

The Curriculum

SIX SESSIONS,
ONE REAL PROCESS

01

Clear the Ground & Meet the Machine

Session 1 · ~3.5 hrs

Before you touch a single tool, we make it safe for your people to say how the work really gets done, and get honest about what AI actually is.

Hands-on lab: see what AI is good at and exactly how it fails. You start a running log of every use.

02

The Problem & the Outcome

Session 2 · ~3 hrs

Name what you're actually solving, and define the single measurable change that would prove it's solved, so AI has a real target instead of a vibe.

AI as sparring partner: let it attack your statement, then judge its critiques.

03

Baseline & the Real Process

Session 3 · ~3 hrs

Measure today honestly and map what actually happens, including the parts nobody wants to admit to. This map is also your AI-readiness assessment.

AI clusters your messy notes into a draft map; you correct it against reality.

04

Reimagine the System

Session 4 · ~3 hrs

Design the system you'd build from scratch if you could start over, then decide which 20% of it to build first.

AI generates design alternatives; you challenge every one of them.

05

The Delegation Matrix

Session 5 · ~3.5 hrs

For every task in your redesigned system, decide who owns it: a person, a tool, or AI. One repeatable framework instead of habit or hype.

Sort every task into a quadrant, then start building your pilot AI-assisted step.

06

Measure, Adapt & Keep It Honest

Session 6 · ~3.25 hrs

Prove whether it worked against your original baseline, decide keep / change / stop, and build the operating rhythm that keeps it honest as the business changes.

Finish and test the built step against baseline; set your AI governance rules.

Between sessions you'll spend two to four hours on your own process, inside your own company. Nothing here is hypothetical.

What You Walk Away With

PROOF, NOT A DECK

  • Ground rules that make it safe for your team to say what's actually broken
  • A problem worth solving, stated precisely, and the number that proves when it's fixed
  • An honest baseline, and a map of how the work really flows: workarounds, waiting time and all
  • A redesigned process, with the highest-impact 20% identified to build first
  • A task-by-task plan for what AI owns, what it drafts, and what stays with a person, and where someone checks its work
  • One working AI-assisted step, built and tested against your baseline during the program, not planned on paper
  • A plan to measure whether it keeps working, and simple rules for what data is safe to use

Plus judgment your team reuses on every process after this one: a calibrated sense of what AI does well and where it fails, a written record of what you learned about it, and a way to evaluate any tool or vendor that prevents the next expensive mistake.
